Services are pending in California.

Solt Funeral Home in Central City is in charge of local arrangements.

Mrs. Feddersen was born on April 19, 1916, on her parents' farm near Boelus to Mads and Marie (Clausen) Hansen. Except for a short time in California, she attended school in Nebraska and graduated from Dannebrog High School in 1935.

In 1957, they moved to Ferndale, Calif., where she lived until her home was ruined by an earthquake. She then moved to Fortuna.

She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church of Ferndale and was an original member of a community choir that started many years ago.

She enjoyed embroidery, reading and keeping in contact with her family. She also played hymns at St. Luke's Manor every week.

Mrs. Feddersen had been coming to Nebraska every December and January since 1978 to visit family.

Survivors include two daughters, Eileen (Mrs. Cecil) Zornes of Grand Island and Jean Leann Cook of Athol, Idaho; one son, Lauritz Feddersen of Rio Dell, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Trilby Berger of Dannebrog.

She was preceded in death by her husband; an infant grandchild; and two brothers, Landis and Raymond Hansen.
