Luella Pedersen McBride

Luella Kathrine (Petie) McBride (89)  passed away at her home, June 12, in Long Beach California.  Luella was born in Dannebrog NE. on April 16, 1917 to Pete and Caroline Pedersen.

She is survived by a son Stephen [Joyce] Searson; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Luella was confirmed in the Dannebrog Lutheran Church and  graduated from Dannebrog High School in 1934.  She worked as a registered nurse in Long Beach for over 40 years.  She will be remembered as a generous, loving friend to everyone she met. A celebration of her life was held at her home on June 17.
