Howard Casey

DANNEBROG -- Howard J. Casey, 87, of Dannebrog died Sunday, Dec. 15, 2002, at Beverly Healthcare Park Place in Grand Island. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Dannebrog. The Rev. Robert Carlson Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in the Oakridge Cemetery at Dannebrog, with military rites provided by Mickelsen-Larkowski American Legion Post 241 of Dannebrog. Visitation will be from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Jacobsen-Greenway Funeral Home of St. Paul is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Casey was born April 28, 1915, in St. Augustine County, Texas, to Henry and Amanda (Howard) Casey. On April 26, 1957, he married Valnetta Miller at Demig, N.M. He was preceded in death by his parents.
